Synopsis
Afghan soldiers inspect aftermath of deadliest Taliban in 1 year Afghan National Army soldiers on Thursday shift through rubble after a Taliban attack on a courthouse in Farah province on Wednesday killed 46 people, the deadliest attack in Afghanistan in more than one year. The attack started with a huge car bomb explosion at the entrance, after which other militants methodically moved from room to room killed civilians, judges and lawyers in a bid to free Taliban militants on trial there.
